I'm short on substance, Nordic skiing and softball. I cardio (running, elliptical, skiing, spinning, swimming? Least 40 minutes, about 5 days per week with 3 days per week for strength training. In the same paragraph, and if my sports obsessed with health. I am in good shape and very muscular and strong. I am 17 and want to lose 3 pounds, only the flat tummy and thighs, a little better. I want to lose weight in the next few weeks, I do not eat half as guilty for x-mas:) haha, feel But I can not lose weight.
